When you click on the link, you will be taken to a new window from e-Junkie, the service I use to distribute my ebooks. It looks like this:
Click "Checkout", then fill out the required information. Click "complete free checkout." There's no need to check the box. If you do, e-Junkie will send you their product information. This screen looks like this:
e-Junkie will then give you a link to click to download the file, like this:
